Chris has extensive experience in all Arthroscopic Knee procedures, including Cruciate Ligament and Complex Knee Ligament Reconstruction.

He has expertise in Patellofemoral issues, as well as Knee and Hip Joint Replacement.

Chris has been in private practice in Melbourne since 2004, and currently consults privately in East Melbourne, Ringwood, Knox and Werribee.

Chris operates at Epworth Freemasons East Melbourne, St Vincent’s Private East Melbourne and Kew, and Knox Private Hospital.

He will consult upon privately Insured, WorkCover, TAC, and Uninsured patients.

As the Federal Chair of Education and Training for the Australian Orthopaedic Association, Chris is actively involved in the competency-based training of orthopaedic surgical trainees.

Chris oversees training for over 200 orthopaedic trainees across Australia, to ensure the trainees become safe and skilled surgeons.

At the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Chris is the primary knee surgeon responsible for Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction, and Acute Reconstruction of the Multiple Ligament-Injured Knee.
Chris takes pride in providing high quality public healthcare, and mentoring aspiring surgeons and surgeons in training.

Chris barracks for Collingwood and is a keen golfer. Little known fact: during his Uni years, Chris drove taxis for a living.
